Orders & Pickup

All orders placed through the Cecilia Bakery website are for in-store pickup only. We do not currently offer delivery services.

Orders must be picked up at our bakery location:

Please ensure you collect your order at the scheduled pickup time. Uncollected orders that are not picked up within a reasonable timeframe are not eligible for a refund, as our products are prepared fresh and are perishable by nature.

Payment

Payment is collected securely online at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed through our payment partner, Clover.

• Full payment is required to confirm your order
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Your raw card details are never stored by Cecilia Bakery — all card information is tokenized and handled securely by Clover's payment infrastructure

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please keep the following in mind:

• Cancellation requests must be made within 15 minutes of placing your order
• Contact us immediately by phone to request a cancellation
• After 15 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled as preparation may have already begun
• Custom cake orders are non-refundable once preparation has started, as these items are made specifically to your request

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Order Modifications

Need to make a change to your order? We'll do our best to accommodate modifications, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once preparation has started.

• Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
• Changes are subject to availability and preparation status
• Any price differences resulting from modifications will be adjusted accordingly

Our Rights

• Cecilia Bakery reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice
• Continued use of our website after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service
